• Transformed a waterfall development team to agile through scrum principles and Atlassian tools

• Led two offshore teams of six developers and experienced the pros and cons for myself

• Led technology due diligences with a Senior Architect, covering strategy, architecture, data science, infrastructure, SDLC, R&D spend & team

• 10-person team, small but mighty. Worked with some fantastic, intelligent, driven individuals - operated as a start-up and consistently innovated

• Worked on a cool valuation project for a cryptocurrency business

• Helped an organization evaluate migration of customers from a legacy to a next-generation platform through feasibility and timeline construction

• Long term post-close projects involved running a separation/integration management office to doing the actual separation work

• Physical labor and organization of all things related to special events... also drove a large truck for the first time this summer
